Description

Downtown city apartment for 2-3 persons located in the center of Split, only 100 meters from the Split old town and Diocletian's Palace, UNESCO world herritage sites.

The apartment, 50 square meters, has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small balcony where you can relax yourselves or smoke as it is the only place in the apartment where smoking is allowed.

The large bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size double bed meanwhile the smaller bedroom has one comfortable single bed.

The apartment is in central location and recommended for anyone who wants to stay in the city centro but outside the crowded and noisy area of the old town.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, grill toaster, kettle, moka espresso machine, squeezer, plates and glasses, cutlery and all other kitchenware and cooking utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with toilette, bidet, shower box, washing machine and hair dryer.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning / heating, WI-FI internet connection (cable as well) and cable TVs with international channels. Linen, bed sheets, towels, toilette paper and cleaning utilities are all provided and included in price.

The main attractions in Split as well as the Port of Split, the bus and the train station are within 5 minutes walking, approx. 300 meters from the accommodation. The city sand beach Bacvice is within 5-7 minutes by foot from the house. The apartment is located on the first floor of a smaller residential building in a quiet and safe area.
