Lea apartment (55 m2/592 ft2) with spacious living room is located on Island Ciovo on excellent location on the half way between old town and beach, with beautiful sea view. Apartment is just 400 m (5 min. walking time) from old city of Trogir, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation and with shaded parking lot. The location is very conveniently away from the old town noisy evenings and crowded roads, but still a very close walking distance away from it.

Our main idea was to be different from others. To achieve this, we simply have transferred few good ideas from our travel experiences into arrangement of an ideal setting for your relaxed holidays.
Location:
Trogir center (Ciovo Island), 400m from old city of Trogir (5 minutes walking time) where most of the grocery shops, banks, restaurants, cafes and fish/vegetables market are located. Nearest pebble beach is 600m meters away (10 minutes walking time).
Accommodation:
Apartment with one bedroom for two persons with queen-size bed and one extendable living room sofa for two persons, walk- in shower, toilet, large kitchen & living room (25 sq. meters) connected with the glass doors to the shaded terrace.
House & surroundings:
50 sq. meters apartment + 5 sq. meters of terrace on the first floor of the private mansion, with the perfect view of the Trogir bay and City waterfront, fitted with modern style furniture, placed in the quiet neighborhood, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation. Free shaded parking for 4 cars.
Leisure amenities:
Satellite TV with more than 100 international programs, free high-speed wireless internet connection, large sofa in the living room, bamboo armchairs setting at the terrace, air-conditioning and central heating system.
Kitchen amenities:
Fully functional kitchen with built-in dish washer, refrigerator, electric oven and glass-ceramic stove, dining table for 4 persons, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils.

“Y aller sans hésiter!”
Il faut certes un peu de courage pour accéder a pied avec de lourds bagages dans la rue, en hauteur, de Goran et son épouse... mais franchement cela est vite oublié! L'appartement est superbe, très tres propre et équipé de tout le necessaire, avec un balcon vue sur le port. Nos hotes sont adorables, on a meme eu droit a un perit cadeau de bienvenue, et la ville animée nous a beaucoup plu! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.
