The house The Mediterranean Scent is the winner of Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence 2014

DURING JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL and, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, YOU CAN RENT THE APARTMENT FOR 500 EUROS PER MONTH INCLUDING ALL EXPENCES.

The house is located at the beginning of the bay of Stari Grad on the island Hvar, surrounded by family villas. Although little, this house has the soul and warmth of a kind host.

There is less than five minutes walk from the house to the beautiful, warm sea and the main beach with pebbly and cliffs. The old town center is 15 minutes walk away and the road passes through the deep shade of pine trees.

The apartment in the house is on the first floor and has a large sunny terrace. It is fully furnished and equipped for 4-5 persons, suitable for families and couples. It has all the amenities of home and it is decorated in Mediterranean style.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, and another with two separated beds. There is also the baby bed in the apartment. The dining room, kitchen and the bathroom are fully and modern equipped, too. You can also cook food on the barbecue on the terrace and use the fresh herbs we cultivate in the garden.

In the house garden, under old cypress and olive trees you can have a nice rest in deckchairs surrounded by rosemary, laurel, rose-bays and lavender.

Not far from the house there is a grocer's shop and in the center of the town well supplied supermarket, vegetables and fish market, restaurants, bank, doctor, pharmacy etc.

CHILDREN ARE VERY WELCOME

• For our smallest guests we offer baby-cot, protective socket and enclosed garden.

In our garden children can have fun on the swing and in sandbox.

We provide babysitting and childcare few hours a day or evening according to the parents need.
