Description
This handsome stone house looks out onto the crystal clear water of the Adriatic.
Located on the seafront of the quiet fishing village of Molunat at the very southern tip of Croatia.
We offer 2 large apartments each consisting of 3 bedrooms with sea views, 2 bathrooms (WC + shower), fully-equipped kitchen/dining room and private terrace.
Linens and dishes are supplied, as are washing machines The kitchen has a dishwasher.
Parking place provided.
Enjoy swimming from a lovely private beach that features stunning natural rock formations, and tranquil shady garden with a shower.
Built in 1913 in the traditional coastal style, the house was recently refurbished. It maintains all its original character, featuring wooden floors and exposed ceiling beams. The house is situated within in a lush terraced garden planted with figs, almonds, lemons, oranges, lavender and a variety of Mediterranean plants and flowers.
Molunat is located 40 km from Dubrovnik and 20 km from Dubrovnik airport, and is a renowned family vacation destination and haven of unspoiled nature.

“Great time in wonderful place”
A few weeks ago our family, four adults and one child, had a wonderful holiday in Molunat in the Family Desin House Appartments. The village itself pretty small and quiet but very green and charming. There are two restaurants, one bar and one convenient shop which has a wide range of products from food, health and beauty and household to beach holiday essentials. The three bedroom appartment with two bathrooms and kitchen/sitting area was clean and cosy. View from the small balcony on Molunat bay and two islands spectacular, clear emerald green water of Adriatic sea looks so calm and inviting. Rooms are specious and airy. Linen and towels fresh and crisp. Kitchen has all neccesary tableware and utensils for cook and dine. The only a couple things we were missing cereals bowls, toaster and microwave. Private beach just across the road from the house has enough room for 6-7 sun lounges, ladder provides easy access to the sea. It's deap and clean, great for swimming and snorkelling. Andro and his family are great hosts, they are very attentive, thoughtful, helpful, kind and polite. Special word for Mama. She is a heart and soul of the house, in her great age she speaks foreign languages and keeps herself busy all the time. We really enjoyed our holidays in Molunat. Thank you very much Andro. “Wonderful”
Fabulous! Molunat is an idyllic place with amazing views at every turn. We had a great week at the Family Desin House Apartments. Andro and his family were very hospitable, friendly and kind. The private beach was excellent and provided us with many hours of fun - from diving off the rocks, swimming in the bay and body boarding. We will certainly be returning.
