Our apartment is an oasis in the middle of the hustle-bustle of New Delhi. Conveniently located in the centre of the city, Safdarjung is a beautiful residential area located close to all the major attractions and market places of Central and South Delhi with easy access to banks, hospitals, eating places, etc.
Area of the flat including balconies - 1200 sq. ft.
LIVING ROOM:
The living and dining room area is spacious and extremely well appointed with rich dark wood flooring with a lounger, bar counter and bar stools, a 46 inch Sony HD LCD TV along with DVD player, double book and dvd shelves, carpets, a spacious chest of drawers, complete sofa set and centre table. All the furniture is solid wood and purchased from the leading home stores in Delhi and not just "make-do" furniture offered at some of the commercially run service apartments in Delhi.
BED & BATH:
Bedrooms: each bedroom has been very tastefully designed with a theme in mind and furnished with ample storage space in the form of a cupboard and a deep attic / loft in each bedroom for all your possible storage needs. The master bedroom has a deep box bed for additional storage and a floor to wall double cupboard.
Bathrooms: both bedrooms come with attached bathroom cum toilets. Each bathroom cum toilet comes with a toughened glass panel-enclosed shower area with rain shower, new Roca and Jaquar fittings and imported Spanish tiling that matches the theme in the attached bedroom.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped modular kitchen with a spacious double glazed black granite counter and double sink
Service balcony
Elica glass hob with four burners and double gas connection.
Elica electric chimney, spacious fridge, dish washer, washing machine, electric kettle and all kitchen utensils and appliances necessary
