7 luxurious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for comfort, loft, great room, deck, dining room, pool room, hot tub for fun and endless area year round attractions will make for a relaxing, fun vacation. Built to accommodate extended family living, this is the best-stocked and beautiful home in the Poconos. Bikes, fooseball, 11 TV's, horse-shoe pit, pool room, hot tub, forested land, and walking distance to golf course and lake. In a safe gated community with golf, tennis, pools, marinas, indoor recreation with a Temporary Membership in the Community Club.
Many amenities with the house, large flat screens with game stations, wet bar in great room, cathedral ceilings and great windows for gorgeous views, fireplace, games, screened porch area and more. Entire first floor is wheelchair friendly. Three en suite bedrooms and one 2 bedroom suite area. Home is spacious and designed for extended or multiple family occupancy. Owner will require references, security deposit and documented identification for all occupants. Rates vary with seasons. Renters supply linens and towels or arrange with local linen services for delivery/pickup. Owner supplies abundant quality blankets, comforters and pillows.
