Description

Escape to paradise in the fabulous Florida Keys at Futura Yacht Club. This rental property is a private gated community with a 65 slip deep water marina. This tropical waterfront community offers world class fishing and diving, 2 lighted tennis courts, heated pool, private beach, and dockage for your boat.Our beach is on the bayside which has a Tiki hut, grill, beach chairs and the best sunsets in the keys. This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo which was recently renovated has all the amenities of home~including a full kitchen, flat screen TV, and private outdoor balcony.There is a laundry room just outside the unit door.There and BBQ grills all around the property to grill. The pool has been completely redone.The view from our unit faces the tennis courts but our beach and bay view is just a short walk away.The unit is on the first floor, in the 6 story white building, but you must go up an elevator or take the stairs to get to that level.The marina offers dockage up to 36 ft boats,freshwater wash down,fish cleaning tables and very good fishing from shore. There is plenty of room on the grounds for parking your boat trailer.There is an extra fee, if you want a slip for your boat.

“Nice Family Getaway”

Location was perfect for exploring the middle Keys. Pool was awesome. We loved the grill out by the Gulf of Mexico, it made for a memorable dinner/ sunset.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Glenn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
