Description

this flat is situated on the well known Croisette .From the 7th floor's loggia there is a panoramic view of the bay facing south it is sunny all day

\it comprises a lounge with a sofa bed queen size with a proper mattress ,dining table ,wardrobe dresser TV hi fi Int tel

,the bedroom has twin beds which can be lft apart or joined to form a large queen bed , wardrobe (with new gliding doors etc

independant kitchen with dish washer washing machine dryer hob hood oven fridge freezer kettle toaster

bathroomwith bath with a shower separate toilets

there is air conditionning in the bedroom and the lounge (hot cold )+ central heating

the floor is tiled with marble athe bathroom

the loggia has got a dining table chairs and relax deck chairs and an elctric grill

situation we are few beaches away from the Martinez hotel .cross the Croisette and you are on the beach

round the corner 2 supermarkets ,cafes ,restaurants ,,,,

garage ,cleaning linen internet and telephone included in the price

walking rue d'antibes or on la croisette we have a bus stop 2 min on the left which will take you to the festival hall ,the markets...(bye a booklet of 10( cheaper than 1 at a time) antique bric a brac on sat next to the town hall and on mondays where is the market you can visit the iles des lerins by boat(from the old harbour) and there are passes for a limited time to visit the area(st Tropez the perfumes the potterie....
