Luxury 5000 Sq. Ft. Home (5 bedrooms/7 bathrooms)WELCOME: You and your guests will enjoy a beautiful home in Playa Paraiso. Your Private Home offers its own pool and access to one of the best beaches. Your secluded beach is only 150 yards from the villa. The beautiful tropical gardens completely enclose the grounds of this home and offer complete privacy. The main kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, a full assortment of dishes and accessories make every meal easy to create. This home has a second kitchen that allows for fast and easy meal preparation. Maid Service is available daily upon request, except Sunday. This villa is very spacious with an open concept between the living, dinning and kitchen area.There are 5 bedrooms in the villa with one of them being on the main floor for those who have difficulties with stairs. All bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet space, tastefully decorated and have their own en-suite. There is a great library of books to choose from for those afternoons slumbering around the pool or laying in a hammock surrounded by the lush tropical gardens. Air Conditioned throughout. All living areas have walkouts to the terrace and pool area. Slider patio doors across the front of the villa provide views of the pool and gardens. Ocean and surrounding area views as well as fantastic star gazing at night are available from the rooftop terrace. 24 hour security into your gated community. You and your family will walk into a completely private tropical setting. The pool deck and terrace provides lounges, tables and chairs, there are pool toys and floaters, buckets etc for sandcastle building on the beach. A Pergola provides shade as well as seating for your family functions and outdoor dining with its two large patio sets. Only 150 yards walk and you are at the beach. Besides swimming and snorkeling offshore at your beach, you can stroll along the beach barefoot for hours. A chance to see giant Sea Turtles nesting at night on the beach is fast becoming a highlight of vacationers from June to October. The owner is available for all your needs and question upon your arrival, having lived here for over 12 years she can provide up to date advise and local suggestions for restaurants, activities etc. So come stay in Paradise and create ever lasting memories to cherish for years to come!

Response from the owner The ocean was unseasonable rough for this time of year, normally you can walk for miles but because of the weather the area was more restricted. Normally there is great snorkeling right off the beach. The community is very safe to walk day and night as we are a gated with 24 hour security. A wonderful family to have stay in my house, they are welcome back anytime.

“Picture perfect”
House is gorgeous. Lands are beautifully landscaped. Beach is wonderful. Manager provides excellent service 24/7. I found this to be what they advertised, no unpleasant surprises only good ones.
