“Absolutely the best place to stay” I have spent more that one vacation in Playa Del Carmen and this is my second trip to Casa Cascada. In July of last year we went down to swim with the whale sharks. We had an incredible experience in which the owner of the home was able to assist us in booking the trip. Swimming with the whale sharks and then enjoying a relaxing evening by the pool was magical. The home, grounds, amenities, views!! are all spectacular. Our recent trip down was no exception. Very well kept and easy walking distance to the beach and downtown. This is a jewell worth experiencing!

“Perfect Condo for the Best of Everything!” We found this condo on the advice of a friend who has stayed at Plantation House a number of times. The owners, Joe and Francois, are both Canadian and wonderful to work with in booking and during our time there. We arrived to a quaint street in Playa Del Carmen tucked in between Playa Del Carmen Beach and 5th Ave. The architecture of this building is amazing and we were surprised to find out Joe had completed most of the work himself. We rented the Trinidad Suite (three of us) and were pleased with the openness and airy feeling of the condo. It was spacious for three people. The patio outside with a beautiful breeze allowed us to have all of our meals, at home, on the deck. We also had room to practice yoga each morning on the deck. The amenities within the condo were fabulous. Fresh water was supplied which is a big help in Mexico. We also had all the amenities to cook fabulous meals and keep our condo clean. The maid, Virginia was wonderful and came to clean every three days. She also is there on a daily basis to keep the condo complex (six condos) clean. To me cleanliness is a must and this place goes above and beyond. We didn't see any bugs, dirt etc. You also have your own washer to keep your beach towels clean and there is a dryer provided. The courtyard with pool was a lovely place to join newfound friends in the other condos. Plantation House is so relaxing and welcoming we thought we were in the Maritimes. We met so many wonderful renters from both Canada and the US. Joe, who was most helpful, is accessible at all times. He represents all that is good about Canadians and is a real gem as a host. He provides coupons for the restaurant across the street. If you do rent here, be sure to take him up on these coupons. The Breakfast is fabulous and you won't need to eat again until supper. Hakima is a massage therapist who offers massages in your condo. My girlfriend and I had the opportunity to have 90minutes massages. Hakima provides a real experience using many of her teachings from India in using rheki, massage and mindfulness throughout the 90mins. Be good to yourself and be sure to book one. Finally, this condo is close to everything you will need to enjoy Mexico. Joe provides chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to assist you in enjoying the beautiful beaches of Playa Del Carmen. You are one block walk to 5th Ave where you can shop till you drop, or take in some of the finest cuisine of Mexico and close to bars with great music. To say we had a great time was an understatement. We felt relaxed knowing our friends gave such high reviews of the owners and the complex. Having now experienced the Plantation House, we can now share their sediments. Ciao!

“Home away from home!” I have been visiting Playa for the last few winters for a month or month and a half, and have stayed at different condo's every year. I enjoyed this apartment the most so far, and would gladly stay there again. It was spacious, decorated very nicely, and the rooftop is a big plus, with a real nice view. The location is great, and the apartment is quiet.

“Wonderful place to stay.” Enjoyed my two month stay at Robert's condo. He was very helpful and made sure everything went well for me. Condo was very clean and well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and linens. Also available was beach chairs and umbrella. It also has a deck area with table and chairs which was nice to enjoy morning breakfast. Convient stores near by for snacks and necessities. Everyone there made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation.

“Excellent Condo!” The place is wonderful, if you are looking for a place in playa del carmen, this is the place. Everything is just around the corner ... few steps from the beach, 5th street, 10 minutes from cozumel ferry, parking lots (if you are driving), etc etc .... The apartment is spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, very nice kitchen, etc ... the wifi is good. it is an excellent place to stay. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

“Fabulous vacation.” Spent a week at the perfect getaway spot! The condo was beautiful and absolutely spotless, with every convenience you could possibly need. The pool was right outside the door, the beach 2 minutes away,and restaurants and shopping on Fifth avenue just 2 blocks away. We were met at the airport by the hosts and driven to the condo, as well as transported to Tulum and other sites and favorite local places to eat for a considerable savings to us . . . more money left to spend on Fifth avenue! I have recommended Casa Segobiano to three different groups who were also very pleased with their trip.

“Perfect vacation!” We stayed at Casa Selva Caribe from Feb 20-28, 2017. It was absolutely ideal for us! I traveled with my two children (15 & 21), and a friend. The layout of the Villa was perfect. There was so much space, it was very comfortable. I have been to Playa del Carmen at least ten times now, and I prefer to stay in Playacar. It it beautiful, peaceful and safe. The Villa is a short walk to the beaches and town. The beach is so much nicer in Playacar as well. We liked it so much that we looked at one for sale in the complex. We hope to visit again soon!!!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. “Modern, clean and comfortable!” We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Playa del Carmen in March 2014! The Condo was modern and clean, esthetic and comfortable. The large pool, beautiful gardens and professional staff made our stay very pleasant.
