“Best stay ever!” I had an amazing stay at this Villa! Daniel and his staff were awesome! Maria cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so tasty! The home was clean and well put together. It had amazing beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again!

“Excellent villa - Pool to yourself!” I and 5 friends stayed here for a week from June 1st. The villa is fantastic - I was lucky enough to get the Master Suite which is a fantastic size, had two wardrobes, an en suite, a fantastic huge bed and of course, Air Conditioning. The other rooms were also a good size with air Conditioning as well. The pool is fantastic as we found out from Daniel that only 2 of the villas in the complex are rentals so you pretty much have the pool to yourselves all day - it was because of this that we hardly went to the beach! The villa is in a fantastic location for the beach and had a convenience store and a pharmacy just outside the complex. The complex itself is literally opposite to the entrance to Secrets - The Vine hotel which can be seen from anywhere in Cancun. A short walk takes you to a mall and a fantastic Mexican Grill Would recommend this to anyone considering it. Daniel is always available on email and was very friendly at all times. He was able to recommend nearby restaurants and bars and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa and the Security Guys based at the entrance to the complex were able to arrange taxis and also hold the keys for us when the group went to different attractions. I can't recommend this enough

“Amazing Cancun Condo!” We truly enjoyed everything that Amara Cancun Condos had to offer. The service at the onsite restaurant was amazing, the pool was immaculate and the grounds were perfect! The condo was very spacious and roomy and the AC worked perfectly! The place is very quiet and serene and just a quick 5 minute walk to the ferry to Isla Muhares. We also appreciated the email communications and suggestions from Lorena and Humberto on things to do and how to get around. We didn't rent a car, we took Happy Cancun Shuttle everywhere we went and it was cheaper than renting a car for the 7 days we were in Cancun. I highly recommend this condo/resort for anyone wanting to see amazing views of the beach and to your right, the hotel zone. Thanks for the accomodations!

“a perfect place in a quiet local neighborhood” Liz is aces with us! She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is a bit far from downtown (2 buses) but well worth the stay. The inside was cleaned weekly and was immaculate. Extremely comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Loved it!!

“Luxury Condo - perfect location!” I stayed here for 1 week and enjoyed it so much! The location is in the heart of the hotel zone and super close to the 2 best malls available in Cancun. On top of this, the beach is more private than the other establishments along the hotel zone. My family and I mostly went to the pool everyd ay and got snacks and pina colada's at the pool bar. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. As for the actual condo - it was truly everything the seller described it as. No gimmicks or false photos here - it was the real deal and beautiful (which was such a relief)! Believe me - I can be super picky, but this place lived up to and exceeded my expectations. This is the only place I will stay at again in Cancun :)

“What a great way to spend the new year.” Staying at the NYX Villas for our New Years getaway was a great decision. I went with my sister and our husbands to bring in New Years 2014. This hotel is located right across the street from a small shopping mall with great restaurants and centrally located and within walking distance to the fun. Beach front was beautiful and the service was great. I can definitely see visiting the NYX on our next trip. Thanks Sheila!

“Home away from home!” Michelle greeted us like old friends when we arrived, and she treated us that way throughout our stay. We enjoyed dinners and sunsets on the rooftop patio; the pool and the Caribbean were just steps away; and the two units we stayed in (our kids had the downstairs unit) were clean and spacious. We would definitely rent from Michelle and Peter again -- this was one of our best family vacations.

“Nothing short of an amazing stay at Los Caracoles!” My friend and I stayed with Martha and her family for 6 days this March. We arranged for them to pick us up at the airport and from the start they were very friendly and welcoming. All the reviews ring true for this family! Martha made sure that we had everything we needed to feel at home. Their house was cozy and very clean, they clean the house every day! In addition to all of this, the breakfast served are authentic Mexican dishes which were really a treat to experience and also very delicious! The BnB was very close to the cancun city centre, my friend and I walked to the Mercado 28 in less then 20 minutes. It is also very close (5min walk) to all of the buses, so you can easily catch the R1 straight into the hotel zone. The bus trip takes about 10-15 min depending on traffic. There is a supermarket right in front of all the bus stops where you can find everything you could need throughout your stay and once again very close to the house! Martha also provided us with endless information about all of the tours offered from Cancun and took care of any reservations we wanted to make. Thank you very much Martha and David for everything, you really made our stay great!

“A Family B&B” The house is a small but charming place. The owners were very nice and gave us information on whatever we needed. The breakfasts were very good Mexican style ,but they will accommodate your needs. The room had a vintage decor. The only problem I had was the beds were hard. My wife had no problem with that. There was one twin bed and a small full size bed in our room. The full size was to small for us to sleep together. The place was in the downtown area,so there was City noise at night. We did enjoy our stay with this lovely family.
