Camila Residence is located in the heart of the Hotel Zone, with a fantastic PRIVATE POOL, with and incredible gardens and decoration environment. You have a big sundeck to have relax and enjoy your privacy. The pool has waterfall and jets (jacuzzi), bar and TV. The beach access to one of the best beaches in Cancun, is at only 40 steps walking distance.

At one and 2 blocks you have access to the best restaurants in the Hotel Zone, convenience stores, supermarkets, shopping mall, etc ...

The Villa is 3660 sq ft, composed of a living room, dining room, full kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, (1 master suites king size, 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size each and 1 bedroom with queen size), all with full bathrooms and individual air conditioning.

The condominium offers 24 hour security, 2 pools (one for adults and one for children) tennis & basketball courts and beautiful tropical gardens. Located within walking distance to shopping malls (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza) night clubs, restaurants, marinas, supermarket, running track, bus stop, and taxis.

House rules

IMPORTANT: Electricity: can be expensive, so $10.00/daily will be covered by owner. Thereafter, final meter reading will determine your balance, if any. In case that the renter deposit the Damage Refundable Deposit in any web site, THE RENTER must leave a deposit of USD 100 for electricity consumption. If any consumption be apply the deposit will be refundable at the check out. If you use the AC in a regular way (no windows or doors open during the AC is working) what we cover is OK.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
