“LOVE THE VIEW” My friends and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks. The location is great and the view is amazing. We could snorkel and swim off the pier. For the most part the water was calm and the fish plentiful (the bad storm up north affected the weather a few days). It was easy to book and the owners were very prompt in their replies. We got to meet the owners on our arrival and they gave us loads of information about the island, places to see, things to do, where to eat etc. Having travelled to Mexico and rented condo's several times, in Puerto Vallarta, I was impressed with how quiet it was here. No barking dogs, no roosters. We had to contact Yasmin, the property manager, a few times and she was prompt and helpful. All in all a great holiday.

“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“We Keep Coming Back for More” We have been to Casa Carlita twice and are planning on a third visit. The staff and property are ideal. We loved the convenience of being close to the action but also that we had our own private home. We will keep coming back for more!

“Felt like home!!!” Henney and team did everything to make our stay feel like home. The accommodations were always clean and I have seen first hand the cleaning process. When people left, a major cleaning of everything was done on all levels. If something was missing or needed, all you did was ask, and it was all done right away. “My favorite place to stay in Cozumel” I have stayed at Casa Martillo every year for the last 10 years or so. I keep going back because it's a great place - clean and comfortable, in a great location, and one of the best values around.

“Just as described” My wife, daughter and son in law stayed here for a week in March. it was everything as described on the website. Joni, the local representative was helpful and friendly, my wife and I went for walks every day in the neighborhood, everyone we met was very friendly. The kitchen was great and had evrything we needed for great family meals. The home was clean, updated, just perfect! We would stay here again!

“Nice people to work with” Everyone associated with this rental was extremely nice to work with, e.g. landlord, agents, housekeeper, pool guy and gardener. All very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. The house was just as represented, wonderful. It is in town, close to everything. However, coming from the country, it did take a short time to acclimate to the nightly town noises. I would unconditionally recommend it to anyone.

“Cozumel Home away from Home” There are many places to stay in Cozumel but having your own house with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms plus a normal kitchen and living room is much more comfortable than any hotel and you don't share with a lot of unknown new friends. That sets Casa de Paz apart from ordinary lodging and unless you are a tourist in Cozumel for a week or two, why wouldn't you want a home for travelers, not tourist. This place was perfect. Our deck was on the second floor and our edge of town location allowed us the serenity of the jungle without bugs and beautiful evenings sun sets. We had a birds eye view of parrots, iguanas, and a number of other exotic birds that would land in trees just off our deck. The house has two bedrooms which are exactly the same spacious size and two wonderful shower in the good sized bathrooms. When anything around the house gave us problems, Margaret and her management team would resolve issues within a very short period of time. We enjoyed our experience so much that we have already booked Casa de Paz for three months next year and we are cyclist not divers, but we do snorkel daily. The house also has a rinse bath outside for divers. The house is situated a few blocks from two very large grocery stores. The Caribbean is about four blocks away. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance and you would seldom need a car at Casa de Paz. For cycling you would be hard pressed to find a better location and mode of transportation. The house is in the newest housing district in Cozumel but it's actually on a dead end street and, consequently, very quiet. For price and value this place can't be beat. A month of lodging here is probably cheaper than a week in most hotels on the island and by far better unless maybe you live in a hotel at home and I doubt it.

“Absolutely wonderful!” Our family stayed here over spring break this year. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was nice to have a bathroom in everyone's room. The food service at pool was yummy and very affordable. We always love the North end of the island. I agree with the other reviews--we will definitely re-book this condo next time we have the opportunity to go back to Cozumel.
