Villa Avesa is an exclusive residence situated on the top hills overlooking the city of Verona. The location is unique: a path of cypresses takes you to this magnificent property with vines and olive trees, terraces and gardens on various levels, each more intimate one then the other, not forgetting the superb panoramic swimming pool.the bedrooms, the bathrooms, each object, contributes to determine the style of the house. Antic furniture, paintings, mirrors give an undeniable charm to the house. In addition the terracotta and wooden floors and the beams on the ceiling.
The double living room, elegantly furnished, is with no doubt the most characteristic room of the house in which the fireplace is the central point. Another chimney is also located in the dining room next to the kitchen which is spacious, modern and practical. The rooms in the ground floor all open on a charming terrace, very private with many shady corners for relaxation and a private access to the pool.Villa Avesa has different areas in the garden ideal for reading, meditation or just for pure relaxation while listening to music. You will enjoy also a small aromatic garden with fruit trees and a splendid panoramic swimming pool with open air shower.
A pergola equipped with a barbecue and a outdoor eating area are also available. To access the property one must cross a winding road of charming cypress trees.
The hosts are at your disposition to provide you with all necessary information to discover the region whether it be artistic beauty of Verona to the neighbouring towns as well as the tasting of the local products and exclusive shopping in the city. Villa Avesa is only 10 minutes by car from the Arena in downtown Verona. The small village of Avesa, with its little specialised food shops, trattorias and pizzerias, is only a three minutes walk.

“A magnificent and relaxing recluse in the vineyards outside of Verona”
We really enjoyed being outside of Verona in a rural area where we could relax in a beautiful villa with our family. We loved the amazing decor and facilities.
