Description
Apartments Marmont ( 4 *) are located in the beautiful art deco building at the heart of historic Split where one can feel the vibrancy of this extraordinary imperial city. The name given is that of a nearby Marmont street which leads vertically onto the seaside of the city's harbor.
The building is near the famous Diocletian Palace from the UNESCO World Heritage list, in the very center of the Split Summer Festival events.
We can offer two apartments in the same building.
One is a double bedroom apartment situated on the first floor with balcony & kitchen, bathroom & dining room.
The other one-bedroom apartment with a balcony kitchen, living room & bathroom is on the 3rd floor.

The apartment's position in the hub of this glorious city and its full comfort offers enjoyment and relaxation to its guests. With attractive furniture, airy space, modern appliances - equipped with a flat-screen TV, wireless internet, two air-conditioning, kitchen and bathroom utilities - and appraised modestly, it's delightful to live in.
Our fifteen years of experience in letting it and being generously at hand to our guests, add to its attractivity.
Regarding details of its feature - it's a 40 m2, recently and fully renovated flat on the 1st & 3rd floor, with a long balcony open towards Croatian National Theatre, with spacious sleeping and living rooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. It is of the ideal size for families, couples, or groups. All the most important city spots and locations are at the hand of its guests, so those intending on enjoying Split Roman-Mediterranean and mystical atmosphere, are ideally located here.

Apartments are convenient locality in the pedestrian zone and everything that you need is in the vicinity of the apartment.
Nearby the apartment ( 60 meters) there is street parking. A daily ticket is 25 euros. For additional information about parking, you can contact me any time. In some cases, We can arrange parking free of charge.1000 meters far away. Usually, I give my guests secure parking 250 m from the apartment. The price per day is 15 EUR with unlimited entries.
