Welcome to the New Majestic Villa Bali. Immediately upon entering this princely private villa it is clear that this property's most distinguished feature is its truly unique setting which commands an absolutely stunning views of sculpted rice terraces all around and as far as the ocean and the island of Nusa Penida beyond. The house combines contemporary architecture with traditional Balinese design elements and offers real comfort in a minimalist setting. As much of the living space as possible has been built to take in the views.The upper floor is 'open plan' and light and airy with a soaring wooden roof and hardwood timber flooring. The house has been tastefully furnished, with large teak sofas, lazy chairs and low coffee tables which all add to the cosiness. Facing East, the sunrise seen from the comfort of your own bed is spectacular.Throughout the day the position of the sun dictates the ever changing scene while at night the villa takes on a completely different character with the subtle lighting creating a dreamlike quality.

Getting around

The Villa car and driver are available to all guests staying at the New Majestic Villa as an optional service to which daily rates apply and vary depending on whether travelling in and around the Ubud area or if spending the whole day sightseeing around the island. The villa car is well maintained and fully licensed and insured to transport guests while the villa driver is safe, honest and reliable and he lives nearby so is available at short notice to take you anywhere you wish.

The Villa Manager and staff will be at the villa to meet you on arrival and will hand over the keys and give you all the relevant information regarding your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
