Stay at our updated Seashell Villa - freshly painted & new furniture! Call for us for the BEST rate!!
Condo sleeps 7. King in the master and a FULL and a TWIN in the guest bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the x-large living room. No resort fees to pay!! A lake/fountain view can be enjoyed from the back screened patio. Great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Our rates include the following: linens, towels, beach towels & start up paper products. We supply a couple of laundry & dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, hand/bath liquid. We also stock our kitchen for the summer months with some condiments, spices & cooking supplies for your use. There is a full size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and hair dryers provided. We also offer free WiFi. Floors are tile, bedrooms are carpeted, kitchen counter and vanity tops are granite. There is parking in front of the condo (no fee). It is a short walk through the beautiful landscaping to the oceanfront pool/ beach access or you can drive over in about a minute & park free there. There are also golf cart and bicycle rentals onsite. This is a well maintained unit. No Smoking & No Pets. We do not rent to youth groups or graduating seniors.
There are several pools & hot tub available in Kingston for your use. You can also enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the restaurant on site - The Coastal Grill located in the Embassy Suites (on property) which offers a great ocean view & you can eat outdoors if you like and enjoy the summer breeze. There is also a STARBUCKS inside the Embassy. Kingston also has 2 restaurants - Vintage Twelve - traditional southern selections and Cafe Amalfi for fine dining. The new Black Drum restaurant is opening.There is also a bar serving food & drink a short distance down the boardwalk on the oceanfront at the Kingston Hilton. A short walk down to the Apache fishing pier and you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner - good food & reasonable prices. They also have an arcade - great entertainment for the kids!!
ATTENTION GOLFERS: The Arcadian Shores Golf course is just across the road from the main gate & Kingston Concierge can help with special rates
there & at several other golf courses. The staff will be happy to assist you in arranging tee times & getting the best rates. There are tennis, volleyball, racquet ball, pickleball courts and bicycle & golf cart rentals available onsite. Some have hourly or daily rates. We are close to Restaurant Row - favorite restaurants are Carrabbas, Bonefish, Joe's, McCallisters Deli & Finn McCools (great peel & eat shrimp). For great family entertainment try the Carolina Opry - music & comedy. There is also the Pirates Adventure, Alabama Theatre (One), Alligator Adventure, Broadway At The Beach, Ripleys Aquarium & much more within a 5 - 15 minute drive. There is also plenty of shopping less than a mile down the street on the right is Kirklands Outlet, Marshalls, Ross, Burlington, Shoe Encore, Style Encore, Hair Salon, Nail Salon, Wal-Mart, Gas Station, Car Wash, and several places to eat.
Owner will take a refundable $300 damage/security deposit ONE WEEK before arrival that is charged to a credit card & refunded before the billing/due date provided the condo is left in good condition. Excessive cleaning will be charged an extra cleaning fee and taken from the deposit. Deposit to reserve is 33% of the rate and the remaining balance is due 3-4 weeks prior to arrival date. You will find our rates SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the resorts charges. Damage/security deposit will be refunded within 4-10 business days of departure/inspection provided condo is left in good condition. Damage, missing or broken items, or EXCESSIVE cleaning will be deducted from deposit if necessary. There is a $125 - $150 departure cleaning fee.
This is a NON-SMOKING, PET FREE unit. ***If it is discovered that there is smoking or a pet in the unit you will FORFEIT your damage/security deposit & the remainder of your stay will be canceled.
