Gorgeous refurbished home on a private island on the Bay with boat slip, all amenities within walking distance, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, large dinning area for 10, living room with 2 full sofas, cocktail bar area, open modern kitchen with bar stools, oversize work desk with printer/fax/copier, fire place, ample parking for 4 to 5 cars, 1 car garage, back porch with cover, back lower deck gated, additional back yard, dock area with decking and fishing outside sink on dock deck. Master bedroom-King size bed;2nd Bedroom-full size bed and single bed; 3rd bedroom- queen bed and single bed. Sleeps 7/8WiFi included. 2 Cable TV's, DVD on master bedroom TV, 5 beach tickets and parking pass provided.

Calm surroundings with wonderful view. Clean and comfortable. Kids friendly waterfront house, swimming, fishing, catching crabs, BBQ...... We are never disappointed.
