Located atop the historic mountain district of the Morne of the capital city of Castries, St. Lucia, this home offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea nestled in a secluded area of the Seaview Estates. This place has two large bedrooms, an open kitchen with modern amenities, beautiful tiled bathrooms, high ceilings and large windows offering continuous views of the ocean and verandas atop a private garden featuring local fruits and vegetables for your delight.
The year-round sunny and warm weather will allow you to travel throughout the island whether you would like to go shopping in the main town 15 minutes away or scuba diving, horseback riding, or sailing on any of the beautiful beaches 5-15 minutes away. If you prefer to rent a car, there is a private garage for your use.
HOUSE RULES
Not suitable for pets.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house.
Not suitable for children under 10 years old
No parties or events, please.
No loud music to disturb your neighbors.
No additional people should be staying at my home apart, from the people that book with TripAdvisor (very important)
When leaving the house please, make sure all windows and doors are locked and set the alarm system
Please see that all electrical appliances are put off (televisions, fans, coffee pots, toasters, microwave, iron, shavers and curling iron.
The host, is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness during your stay at my home.
