“A lovely apartment in a magical harbour” This apartment is situated in an ideal spot for exploring the Marigot bay waterfront, it's small but enchanting beach and the interesting restaurants within a very short water taxi ride. The accommodation is of a very high standard with efficient air conditioning, and has lovely views from the small but adequate balcony. There are stairs to access the apartment - these were not a problem to us, but perhaps could be to a disabled person. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at the 'baguette shop' just below the apartment. The Wednesday night 'knees up' at Chateau Mygo was quite special, again only a few yards from the apartment. Doolittles restaurant across the bay was enjoyable for morning coffee and also evening meals. Our lasting memory was the day we chartered a small private yacht which took us from the quayside down the coast to Soufriere and other delightful places. All in all, a magical experience.

“Beautiful, Comfortable and Relaxing” Great view of Marigot bay from the Great House. Very comfortable home. Clean and well stocked with extras. Our house maid Christine was very accommodating and helpful. Brian the gardener kept the grounds and pool very tidy. Anselma cooked for us on 2 occasions. Local cuisine and plentiful. It was amazing!! We did a 2 day sailing excursion booked through the Oasis Marigot and this was a great adventure. Great restaurants and shops in Marigot Bay. We loved our stay at the Great House in St. Lucia and hope to be back again.

“We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday with just enough activity.” We loved staying in Ocean Cottage apt 3. We felt we had the best view of Marigot Bay. We appreciated all the help that the guest office give us. The extra options for tours were perfect. We would definitely recommend Oasis Marigot to other travelers. Thanks from Carolyn and Spencer.

“Wonderful Stay at the Pelican House!” My family & I had a wonderful stay at the Pelican House, our trip couldn't have gone smoother, from the airport pickup by "Smally" the driver, to "Johnson" the porter meeting us at the ferry dock & taking all of our bags up the hill to where the Pelican House is perched overlooking the turquoise waters of Marigot Bay. There was plenty of room in the house & each bedroom & even the kitchen all open up to the large open air deck with a spectacular view. Each morning we were greeted with various small birds & the colorful flowery vine seems to creep right through the railing on the deck. We enjoyed the local restaurants which were close by, either at the bottom of the hill at Dolittles, or across the bay at Chateau Mygo, among others. From the deck you can see the sunrise over the mountains to the East & then at the end of the day look out between the cliffs & see it sink into the Caribbean Sea. The grounds around the home & the Oasis Marigot were well manicured & lush with tropical plants & flowers, it was fun to explore the paths around the property. I would certainly recommend the Pelican House to anyone visiting the Island. I hope to get back soon!

“Fabulous location for a group of friends” Very spacious and bright villa, every amenity we could think of. We stayed for a week with a group of 6 friends and loved to cook in the perfect kitchen or grill some fresh fish and enjoy the evening on the veranda. Four of the rooms have private verandas so everyone could choose privacy or staying together. For 6 people the villa is almost too big, you get lost in the living room :-) The owner provides detailed information beforehand about everything you might want to know about the house and the island. The caretakers have been very helpful and assisted with the transfer as our rental car could not hold all six with luggage. Highly recommended!

“Wonderful apartment in beautiful Marigot Bay.” The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and beautifully decorated, and fully stocked for the week with towels, dishes, full kitchen, etc. Nina was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We loved Marigot Bay, the bakery right below for soup and croissants, the nearby restaurants, and boat rides from the bay to nearby beaches and sites. Suggestions would be to try Jullietta's for dinner up the hill. They will pick you up from Marigot Bay. We had alex take us around in his water taxi, the pool at Discovery Hotel was fantastic; definitely recommend spending some time there. The Botanical Gardens are worth a visit as is the market in Castries and Rodney Bay and nearby fort. But if all you do is sit on the balcony at apartment 7a, you will be happy. It is worth the visit just for the beautiful setting and view from this private area. Would love to come back one day.

“Perfect Way to Spend our Honeymoon!” We loved everything about our trip! We wanted adventure - not pampering - and a place that was off the beaten path. We found it! David and Wanda were wonderful hosts and Marigot Bay was the perfect spot for us. We had plenty of high adventure moments: sailing, hiking, ziplining, and plenty of relaxing ones: hanging on the beach, drinking wine on our balcony, visiting with David and Wanda over breakfast and dinner. All were incredible memories that will never forget! We have already decided that we must go back and, when we do, we will certainly stay with them again.

“Stop reading these reviews-Your search is over!” Dave & Wanda are very interesting people, excellent hosts-they take care of everything-and an amazing source of everything about St. Lucia. If you seek beautiful views, a well run facility with lovely landscaping, and a romantic, relaxing adult getaway this is it. Go on the eco tour. Go to the nearby private beach. Rent a jeep-again Dave will handle it. It is up a hill and while some reviews talked like that was a big deal, if you are even moderately fit you'll love the walking and exercise opportunities. Drive to the nearby towns. Ride the ziplines. If you want something dull don't go here.
