The Great House continues the distinguished tradition of the original great houses that once overlooked vast Caribbean plantations. Plush green lawns, edged with lush tropical vegetation, royal palms and flowering shrubs complement this historic plantation house. A beautiful freshwater swimming pool and large cliff-hanging terrace overlooking Marigot Bay complete the picture.

The elegance is also reflected in the interior design of this magnificent home. Three classically styled columns form a stately portal into the grand salon, a luxurious living area of impressive dimensions, including a 20-feet vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and adjoins a separate formal dining room.

The Great House can accommodate up to 10 guests in grand style, with 4 bedrooms and three baths.

It can also be used as a splendid romantic hideaway for two, in one of the most spectacular vacation sites on St. Lucia. The Great House opens onto an extensive veranda offering the best in indoor/outdoor living and making the most of the glorious ocean vistas.

Furnishings include linens, dishwasher, cable TV, high-speed internet, and sound system plus housekeeper, gardener, and residence manager. Nanny, cook, and chauffeur are available on request.

The Great House Estate provides breathtaking views from every angle. Gaze out upon the beauty of Marigot Beach, as idyllic palm-fringed sand spit arc out of the surrounding mountains, framing the tranquil turquoise sea in a dramatic panorama of natural beauty.

The Great House is perfect for a romantic stay for two or for a large group of friends or family reunion. Thanks to the flexibility and affordability of its rate structure, The Great House can easily be rented by a single couple or by a group of 8 looking for that very special getaway.

A/c is available in the bedrooms (except for the mezzanine).

The small detached cottage (5th bedroom) on the property is reserved for the staff in the application of the covid protocols.
