COME STAY AT MY CONDO WHICH IS JUST DOWN THE ROAD FROM THE BEACH ACCESS. IT IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT WHERE THERE IS EASY ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. THE CONDO IS A GROUND FLOOR UNIIT WHICH IS A 2 BEDROOM/2 BATH THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE 8 GUESTS. THE BEDROOMS HAVE COMFORTABLE QUEEN SIZE BEDS. THE LIVING ROOM HAS 1 QUEEN SOFA SLEEPERS & 1 FULL SIZE SOFA SLEEPER. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH KITCHENWARE(POT&PANS, UTENSILS, & TABLEWARE). THE LIVING ROOM & THE BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TV'S W/DVD AND CABLE. . IN THE COURTYARD, YOU CAN EJOY OUR POOL & JACUZZI, AND THE FIREWORKS OVER THE BAY THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS.

NO SPRING BREAKERS ARE ALLOWED PER HOA RULES.

Spacious rooms, had everything you would need furnished in the condo! We went over Labor Day, so it was a little pricey for not being on the beach, but overall very satisfied!

Response from the owner Glad you enjoyed your stay. Beach access #6, the one closest to the condo, did have a wooden walkway but because it was dilapidated it was torn down. The city of South Padre Island has plans to build another by the fall Beach access #7, which is one block away, does have a wooden walkway that can be used.

How do damage deposits work?

If SONIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
