Beautiful beach house enjoys corner lot location with direct access to the beach. Abundant outdoor living is provided by two large porches overlooking the private pristine pool. During quiet times of the day listen for the relaxing ebb and flow of ocean waves. Home is thoughtfully laid out for both privacy and social interaction. Bedrooms are located on the main floor and top floor. Open, spacious and well equipped, the kitchen will be the hub of family activity.

FIRST FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 2 SINGLES, 1 full bath, kitchen, dining/living area opens out to furnished screened porch.
SECOND FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 BUNK SETS (4 singles), 2 full baths, full length porch w/ hammock, washer/dryer.
GROUND FLOOR: Garage, enclosed outdoor shower w/ changing room and hot/cold.
AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-6, DVD-2, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, 2 full size refrigerators (1 up, 1 down), ceiling fans, pack-n-play, booster seat, washer/dryer, garage, private pool, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit. Please note fireplace is not available for use.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 dogs. Response from the manager We are pleased to know you enjoyed the great location, spacious layout and screened porch and glad to have helped with the concerns brought to our attention during your stay. Looking back, we can see the TV issue was due to operator error on the remotes, which as you say we were able to assist with. The owners are working on replacing outdoor furniture this fall in addition to several other upgrades to keep this home rental friendly. As a result of your review, the owners plan to try out the main floor beds during their next stay this fall to assess for replacement. Thank you so much for sharing!
