Welcome to Millpond

Having just undergone extensive renovations, Millpond is a modern, 3 -bedroom, 2 - bathroom house overlooking spectacular views to the mainland. The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Two bedrooms have Queen-sized beds and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Large sliding doors and windows in living areas and the master bedroom open to provide sensational views of beautiful Hog Bay, Penneshaw beach and the Australian mainland.

Millpond is just 25 meters to a clean white sandy beach, which is ideal for families and water activities. A spacious deck and barbeque facilities allows for casual relaxation or entertaining and a fully equipped bespoke kitchen ensures you have everything you need at your fingertips. Open plan living with modern appliances and furnishings and 2 modern bathrooms makes for a comfortable stay. Perfect for one or two families.

We're pleased to announce that we now offer free WI-FI throughout the home to keep you connected during your stay.

A well maintained garden with outside fish cleaning facilitates and plenty of parking for cars and boats makes Millpond an ideal setting for the anglers amongst you.

An efficient potbelly wood heater and cosy ambiance also makes Millpond a perfect retreat in the cooler months.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Eddie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
