Description

Apt #1 downstairs. Comfortable Clean house 1/2 block to the beach, on the quiet north end of town. Our rentals are repeat family's that like the homeyness and convenience of the location. Nice yard for BBQ and off street parking for 2 cars. One truck .Not good for large trucks. Free parking up the street 1 to 2 blocks. Only a few blocks to all attractions. No driving required. Restaurants, fishing and crabbing nearby. We are there when you not. If available rent upstairs Apt 2 for larger family gatherings. Come join us. Rental week runs from Saturday 1 PM to Saturday 10 AM. Apt.#1 has a full Kitchen, microwave, toaster, stove and utensils, pots / pans, large TV and WIFI. 2 bedrooms 1 queen bed and 1 full bed and 1 pullout sofa. Outdoor shower for a quick cool down and getting sand off after the beach. 5 beach badges included with deposit. Minimum Age 25 years old.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
