Originally built in 1940 by the architect Buenaventura Conill i Montobbio, intimate friend and disciple of Gaudí, this 2203 sqm apartment has been redesigned by the interior designer of international renown, Lázaro Rosa - Violán and the acclaimed architect Helga Hidalgo. ENJOY THE MOST SPECTACULAR VIEWS OF GAUDI´S CASA BATLLÓ In the heart of the most exclusive boulevard of Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia, and next to the boutiques and most famous restaurants of “la manzana de la discordia”. THE FORTYSIX offers you an exclusive and magical atmosphere around one of he most beautiful avenues in the world. Just opened in June 2015, the apartment is designed to make your stay in Barcelona an experience of luxury and wellness. It has 223 square meters with four double rooms (two master suites with an extra sofa bed under certain circumstances under the permission of the owner), three bathrooms, spacious dressing room, enormous kitchen, sunny living room and two balconies overlooking Passeig de Gracia and Casa Batlló. THE FORTYSIX has a fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances Neff, WMF, Bone China porcelain, wine cooler and show cooking, home automation system-ready to operate automatically every electronic device in the house, independent air condition in every room and the possibility to listen your favourite music throughout the house. It also has four smart TV and state of the art technology to supply purified water ideal for drinking and also for people with sensitive skin . All this is combined with a careful decoration that adds to the elegant style of the building - built by architect Buenaventura Conill Montobbio, friend and disciple of Antonio Gaudi - and modernist reminiscences as bathrooms tiles inspired the famous dragon flakes of the facade of la Casa Batlló.Spanish wine, chocolates and fresh fruit await for you in your arrival so that you can enjoy as if you were un your private luxury home from the first moment of your stay.
