This 4 bedroom villa in superbly located in Jalan Werkudara, Legian, Bali. Just 30m from the entry to Kumala Pantai Hotel. This smartly designed and stylishly presented Villa Raffaela is superbly located for those seeking a holiday location which is just 400 meters from the famous double six beach, and surrounded by many popular and well known restaurants, cafes, shopping and nightlife.

Villa Raffaela offers;

Downstairs

Very large open plan kitchen, living and dining area which overlooks the pool and garden. Bi-fold doors surround the living areas which gives you the option to open up the living area for that true Bali experience or otherwise close the doors, switch on the AC and relax in comfort.

The living spaces are stylishly decorate and includes 8 person sofas, 8 seater dining table, large entertainment unit with flat screen TV with international TV channels and surround sound system with Ipod doc.

The fully fitted kitchen includes full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave and loads of cupboard space.

The sparking heated pool with is adjoined by sundeck and small but lush gardens with outdoor shower and toilet.

Master size bedroom with ensuite leads directly out onto the pool area from its own sliding glass doors.

Upstairs

Three good size ensuite bedrooms are located upstairs. The guest bedrooms also feature built-in robes, and flat screen TV’s.

The bedding set up for each bedrooms includes 2 king size beds and 2 queen size bedrooms, all with lush new linen and pillows.

Portable Cot and high chairs available to hire

The Villa has been fitted out by a Western Interior Designer who has been commissioned by the new villa buyers to add many extras over and above
