This spacious lake house is located in the heart of the Poconos and within an amenity full gated community; minutes away to Poconos greatest attractions including Kalahari, Camelback mountain and Mt. Airey Casino. Brand new 7 PERSON HOT TUB with amazing views of the lake! (***Hot tub only available between the months of October - April).

Enjoy mornings kayaking from a private dock or sunsets while roasting marshmallows on a lakeside fire pit. Enjoy winter days skiing at your local mountains and then coming back to a cozy home and warming up your toes near a fireplace.

First thing you will fall in love with is the beautiful lay out and spacious dining and living room with of course a lake view. Right next to the kitchen is your sunken dining and living room space. Enjoy your time out relaxing on the deck with views of the lake and greenery, grilling outdoors on the GAS BBQ grill or spend your winter weekends indoors watching a movie on a 55in flat screen TV above the fireplace. Someone watching a show or movie on the roku in the upstairs living room??? No problem! Go downstairs and watch whatever you would like on the 2nd Roku TV!
