Description
Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. Three master suites: two cal king beds with ensuites and one with a queen bed. Two children's rooms, both with full over full bunk beds, plus two living areas.
Partial open-concept kitchen with dining and living area. The Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room has seating for ten plus four additional seats at the marble countertop bar. In addition, the home has upgraded carpet in two master suites and custom wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house.
Three beautifully upgraded bathrooms in the home: two are ensuites, and the other is located in the hallway, shared by the two children's rooms and one of the master bedrooms. The bathrooms have travertine and marble floors throughout. Custom raised panel cabinetry, travertine/marble countertops, and custom patterned travertine/marble showers.
All bedrooms have 43' plasma TVs. Each living room has 50' TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet.
The game room is located in the garage. Games include ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. There are also strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat available for infants and toddlers. Full-size washer and dryer. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
Nice short walk to Disneyland & Disneyland tram. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the back/front yards.
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
