Nice best location! at CARRE D'OR - Place Massena: This lovely flat equipped and decorated as a "SUITE DELUXE" with high standard, is in mezzanine style, it's bright and light and in a great location - right on Place Massena, but Very quiet!-very nice (courtyard at the back of the building) inside one of the prestigious red-coloured buildings bordering the square, a few minutes by foot from the Old Town and the sea (promenade des anglais. Directly on the pedestrian zone of Place Massena, full of restaurants and bars, but quiet with a balcony overlooking a courtyard with south west sunny exposition.
It's really one of the central spot in NICE, the perfect base to discover the french riviera.
Superb apartment with separate bedroom, duplex with a ceiling of 4 meters high, in a historic building on Place Massena, the old town and castle. Ideal in the city center, and 2 steps from the sea.
Nearby Monoprix large small supermarket is just in front of the building, you'll find everything you need there! , bars, restaurants, and beaches, it is a perfect location to spend your vacation, and join the transport to move to Cannes and Monaco for example.
Recently renovated, at the 2nd floor with lift, it is composed of a living room with lounge and dining room, and kitchen.

You have an underground car park just opposite the apartment (Parking Massena).
Ideal location for visiting Nice for spring and summer as the beach is reachable by walK, just at the building foot.
You'll be close to everything, 2 minutes walk to the sea and the old town, and only 2 tram stops from the train station if you want to go to Cannes or Monaco.
You'll find lots of great restaurants (pedestrian zone) and close stores (Nice Etoile) to do your shopping.

Place Massena is surely one of the best spot and more safe location to have a stay at NICE, as there are many security system public videos, even facing the buiding door, close to prestigious jeweleries an famous brands shops. Many tourists with families from all over the world are getting there to take a picture of this one of the famous NICE POSTCARD, or having a walk or fun. As written in the apt listing, it's a mezzanine style apt, not really convenient for very tall people, but very suitable for most of our guests. Our place welcome for years many, couples, friends, families, and seniors guests as them, have had a great stay there! We really hope to see them again. Best, Chris

The terrace is a very sunny spot overlooking a very quiet typical and cute mediterranean courtyard, very romantic if you appreciate this, as other guests did. The bathroom is located in the mezzanine, and the announce clearly precise: "Upstairs in the mezzanine area (180 cm high - not suitable for very tall or very large people)". The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, brandnew induction, quality stove, pan, plates and cutlery, kettle, nespresso coffee maker.....), the induction system can be use by anyone, it's very safe and a modern way to cook. .....Please, what about the great part of the appartment in your review? The owner.
