Welcome returning guests! Our Property Manager has new cleaning guidelines to protect us all. We care for your safety and we re-modeled the condo in 2023 with walk-in-showers and granite kitchen top, for a clean and fresh look.

Newly appointed condo, clean, neat and safe under new owners. You walk out of the parking lot area of the condo and in about 220 steps you are onto a private beach area. No roads to cross. Sugar white sand, Emerald waters and incredibly fresh seafood make Destin a premier vacation spot.

Booking is NOT available to people under 24 yrs of age. Ask owner before booking. Primary renter must be present al all times of the rental contract.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed. We have guests who are allergic to dogs and cats who routinely book with us. Please respect their health situation. Sorry. This is strictly enforced.

Do not disturb your neighbors, any time of day or night.

Suitable for renters of all ages (Winter renters, families, women’s outing, fishing enthusiast and more) and folks who like the great restaurants all around the area and access to two major shopping malls, (Destin Commons and The Silver Sands Premium Outlet) offers a lot of shopping options. A large screen, Sony, Smart, 4K TV is just perfect for watching ball games or your favorite movie. Cable equipped. An outside patio to lounge around offers some extra space with a grill. High speed wi-fi comes at no extra charge. Leather sofas compliment a well appointed condo. Washer and dryer inside the condo makes it a very self contained and safe unit.

Our condo has been visited and verified by TripAdvisor. Also, inspected and approved by County Fire authorities, Destin, Florida.

Getting around

You walk to the beach and pool. They are very close to the condo. However, you need a car if going grocery shopping or to the Harbor area. All are within 5-15 min. drive on Hwy 940. There is a Target, Super Walmart, Dollar Store, Krispy Cream and fresh fish stores. We like Sexton’s for the price and quality. Just Google for directions or ask Siri. Thanks!

We have secure electronic locks and a resident (Destin) manager to take are of any of your special needs. Safe and secure we have hosted families, couples, women’s night out and honeymoon couples. We have many returning families and love to have you all back this year. Start planning early as Holidays and Summers are just awesome times to visit. Nearest airport code is VSP - Destin / Ft. Walton Beach airport.

House rules

This condo is very kid friendly and suitable for adults of all ages. NO PETS ALLOWED and deviation requires, written authorization from owner. It's quiet and safe and renters must not disturb a neighbor and understand that they are on vacation too. Condo is not suitable for Spring Break party groups and you will be taken off the property with NO refund if local Police is called or if you disturb a neighbor. Summer rental is by the week only, with check-in and check-out on Saturday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
