Waters Edge has one of the top ten locations in The Resorter. It has it all -- the sights and sounds of gently falling water, gorgeous mountain views, warm morning sun and wide open green space -- just steps from your private patio!
Whether you are here to relax, entertain or work, the wide-open floor plan with designer furnishings, unique artwork and pristine bed linens and luxurious towels/robes provide an environment that is not only beautiful but really comfortable!
Enjoy the beautifully renovated and designed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 18 bottle wine cooler and bar, and brand new kitchenware and barware that will delight the most discriminating guest.
The extended dining area seats six comfortably and includes a banquette for extra comfort and leisurely dining. From the dining area walk into the tall and spacious great room featuring a marble fireplace, comfy couch and huge flat screen.
Retire to either the king master suite or queen bedroom which can be closed off with the guest bath for privacy.
Both baths offer oversize showers, bath amenities, and soft and plush towels you'll only find in the finest hotel.
Your arrival couldn't be easier or more carefree. Greet the gate attendant and receive a guest pass for the length of your stay. Upon arrival at the condo, enjoy a spotlessly cleaned and meticulously prepared space using your personal pin number to access the property.
Park in the garage or driveway, enjoy the beautifully decorated home, and explore your new back yard -- a huge expanse of green, palm trees and mountains with the peaceful sounds of falling water. Set out on foot in comfy robes to enjoy one of 20 pool and spa areas, which is conveniently located just up the street.
The Palm Desert Resort and Country Club setting offers an 18-hole par 72 regulation golf course. The course provides lush fairways and gorgeous mountain views, and has very reasonable green fees. Guests enjoy homeowners' discounts on golfing, tennis, dining, cocktails and snacks.
The tennis club offers rental equipment and lessons are also available. All 18 tennis courts were recently upgraded with new surfaces identical to those of the famous Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the International BNP Paribas Open played every March, which is just two miles south of the condo.
Judy is only a phone call, text or email away if you need assistance. The on-property staff is at your disposal -- the gate is attended 24/7, and the pro shop and dining room/bar are open at the clubhouse with regular hours in the high season.
The Palm Desert Resort Country Club is unique in many ways. Centrally located, it is just a short drive to El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), cultural, sporting and music events.
The golf course has very reasonable green fees and guests enjoy homeowners' discounts on golfing, tennis, dining, cocktails and snacks.
PDRCC has been a leader in turf reduction and water conservation in the area. If you notice changes in the development, it is because we choose to be good neighbors and support a community-friendly HOA.
This is a friendly place. You will feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. Don't be surprised if a resident or guest waves, says hello, or stops to help with directions.
11% occupancy tax is included in the rental and cleaning fees.
