Response from the owner We had no idea why we were not contacted. We think the property managers were contacted by mistake. The instructions we emailed to this guest had our contact info. We apologize that this happened. We had the plumber check to see what the issue was since this had not happened before. They could have fixed it by hitting the reset button. We however have had the water heater repaired and it is fully functioning.

How do damage deposits work?
