Lovely, immaculate 1st floor Unit of Duplex House. No Pets allowed due to allergies. MBR with Queen Bed & 1/2 Bath, 2nd Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, and 1 Den Futon. Modern Kitchen with Granite C/T, D/W, SS Appliances, clean kitchen all household wares. Nicely Decorated and very comfortable, 1 1/2 Baths in Unit with Keurig coffee maker, WiFi, 2 Flat Screen TV's, DVD, CD player, many extras. Clean, Pretty 2-Room White Outside Shower on Ground Level. NO PETS AND A SMOKE-FREE HOME. Steps to Beach and shopping ! Sleeps 5.

Laundry Room. Yard, BBQ, Hammock on ground level.

Parking for 2 Cars in Driveway on Right of House.

And it was a pleasure to also meet your nephew and show him my unit & property since he also rents space on LBI. Re: car space - Since the reservation was for 4 people and yes, the Ad states 2 car spaces, I am confused as to the parking situation b/c we did accommodate your guests with 5 or 6 car spaces on multiple days. Re: the one AC vent filter, your brother invited me in to change it. The housekeeper forgot to replace it and I wanted you to have efficient AC. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the weather that week was perfect ! Enjoy the rest of your summer. Regards, Dianne Clemente

Response from the owner Thank you so much Kerry. The Whirlpool guy came and he said that Freezer was OK. checked everything. We turned it off for hours and defrosted all the snow in it, and then turned it back on and now working smoothly ! Only cost the service call. Phhh. He said motor and all was great. If Dianne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
