OUR PRICE IS BASED ON OCCUPANCY BY TWO ADULTS. EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT OVER 16 WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA OF 25$/NIGHT PLUS TAX. KIDS UNDER 16 ARE FREE.
OUR CONDO EARNED MORE THEN 200 FIVE STAR REVIEWS. OUR GUESTS EMPHASIZE THE EXCEPTIONAL CLEANLINESS, PERFECT AMENITIES AND THE LOCATION. It is located on the beach on the south rim of Sanibel Island facing the Gulf of Mexico; the beachfront is just 25 yards, our big pool just 60 yards from our condo.
With 780 sqft (73 m2) living area and 150 sqft (14 m2) screened lanai, our recently remodeled condo offers the biggest one bedroom unit floor plan available at Sundial, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a beautiful view of the gulf. With ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit (except of the bedroom), crown molding, comfortable furnishing, and tasteful artwork, you will experience the touch of luxury you deserve on holiday.
Our bedroom features two queen size beds for your added comfort, your kids will love the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is ample storage space throughout. An accordion wall can be closed during the night for more bedroom privacy. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic top range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, tableware, Keurig coffee maker and various small appliances. The condo is equipped with LCD 32' HD TV, DVD, wireless internet access, private library and a safe in the room. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels free of charge. Elevator and laundry room are close by, on the same floor.
This condo is located in Sundial Beach and Spa Resort. The Resort features an American restaurant, a Japanese steakhouse , a pool bar, small pizzeria and gelateria as well as a convenience store to which our guests have a free access.
8 clay tennis courts as well as pickle ball courts are available for a fee.
Resort spa services are available for a fee.
Our guests have free access to our 4 association heated pools featuring free lounge chairs and umbrellas.
No access to the Resort pool and the gym.
Bikes and kayaks are available for rent by an outside company and will be delivered to your door steps. Free delivery.
8 clay tennis courts as well as pickle ball courts are available for a fee.
Special features of Sanibel Island: Sanibel Island is a barrier island off the southwest coast of Florida close to Fort Myers. Once you have crossed the 3 miles long bridge from the mainland to Sanibel Island, you will emerge into a different world. Time doesn’t matter anymore. You find different vegetation, and you enter into paradise. 60% of the island is protected wildlife preserves. The highest buildings are three stories only. Visit the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, explore it by car, by bike or on a rental canoe. Watch rare birds and animals. The Bailey-Mathew Shell Museum shows a dazzling display of shells and mollusks from all over the world.
Sanibel shopping, dining and arts are close by. The shops on the island and on mainland will please every shopper’s heart. There is a vibrant cultural life during the winter season featuring first class American and international artists. Among the plenty of restaurants close by you will certainly find some which will fit your taste.

Watch rare animals on a one day eco-tour in the Everglades or visit the world biggest collection of Salvador Dali's works in St. Petersburg.
