Response from the owner So pleased you enjoyed our villa. We are very proud of the quality and service we can offer guests at such a reasonable price. We are constantly upgrading all our villas and are presently renovate the pool area, and will be adding a decked area that will extend over the pool. Quiet exciting!! Your comments have been take seriously and an action plan put in place. Staff hours are totally up to the guest, its just a matter of speaking up, it is our goal to make your holiday as easy as possible. We have a team of 8 staff so it is easy to bing additional staff in to clean quickly. Please understand that in our mail out we do state that staff hours are totally up to you. We maintain the villas in a high condition, if we just did a basic clean then guests may complain, so we do a thorough clean every day unless the guests tell staff different. That way we maintain standards and don't confuse the staff. I thank you for the opportunity to action your comments and I will have my house keeping manage visit each villa and make sure that the guests are happy with the amount of time the staff are in the villa. . I guess the main thing is that they did a great job! Because of the lay out of the villa we do not recommend it for young families, they are better off with one level, more space and no stairs. Re location, seriously the villa is 100 meters from the Main Street. This is an advantage because we are very quiet and have the beauty of a traditional feeling with rice fields and banana plantation, yet so close to the action. I need to point out that if you were on the street there would be loud traffic noise. Our walls are 2 story high, most villas are open plan, but walls are a lot shorter, I think its just that your not used of open living. Our villa is surrounded by Balinese, whom keep a very close eye on peoples movements, all doors, including bathrooms have Locks..... If you prefer a fully enclosed villa I suggest viewing Villa 888 Chill which is only 600 meters away, it is a renovated traditional Balinese house and fully enclosed with the option of an air-conditioned living area and ideal for families. Roof top living is very popular in our area. Along with roof top temples so it is not unusual to see people on roofs. I assure you and future guests that the location and villa is very safe, quiet and secure. Kind regards, Villa Management.
