Description

Cosy two bedroom cottage sleeping up to four adults max or six with two children as the extra guests, with two double bedrooms, pretty roof terrace and just a stone's throw from the sea. Perfectly positioned in Kemptown - an independent and diverse neighbourhood with great cafes, shops and places to eat.

**THIS PROPERTY ACCEPTS A MAXIMUM OF FOUR ADULTS**

Kitchen

Well planned space with white gloss cabinets, marble work tops and good storage. You will find four ring gas hob, electric oven along with an American style fridge freezer, a washing machine and tumble dryer. The skylight brings lots of natural light in.

You will find two fold out tables with four chairs which can be put up in the living room for social occasions.

Living area:

As you enter the cottage, you will be welcomed in this compact living room with wooden floors and painted beamed ceiling. Two armchairs and a two seater sofa, which can be set up as a sofa bed by night, will provide comfy seating for four guests. TV with in-built DVD player offering Freeview and Netflix, CD player/radio with an iPod dock and WiFi are available for your entertainment.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is on the second floor and with access to the roof terrace through the window door with a high step. Double bed with a bedside table along with a small chest of drawers offering some shelving space in addition to the hanging rail and shelves as additional storage into the recess.

Bedroom 2

To the front of the property and on the first floor, this bedroom comes with a double bed, a tall chest of drawers and desk space, which can also be used as a dressing table.

Bathroom

White suite with bath and shower above it, wash basin with a mirrored cabinet above, WC and heated towel rail.

Roof terrace

Pretty little roof terrace with rattan chairs and table is accessed through Bedroom 1. This decked terrace gets plenty of sunshine and is a great city treat to look across the roof tops.

“Compact and bijoux”

The cottage was easy to fine, access instructions straightforward. It is compact, but we, a group of 5 smaller built ladies, found the accommodation perfect for our needs. Ideally, 4 average adults maximum. Delightful layout over 3 floors with a small roof balcony from the top floor bedroom. Everything was clean, lots of crockery, cutlery, etc etc. Can’t think of anything less than satisfactory to say - we all loved it and would book again. Excellent location, value for money and helpful management team on hand to help if needed.

“Lovely house perfect location.”

This is a lovely property in a great location close to all the bars and cafes of kemp town 15 min walk to the city centre and 10 mins to the pier but tucked away in a lovely quiet side road. Clean and fresh with everything you could want or need. Fresh towels and very comfortable beds. Perfect for a group of 4 plenty of space. We had 5 on the sofa bed which was also very comfortable. All in all a lovely break away and would stay again Parking as with everywhere in Brighton was a challenge and expensive but ended up in the bingo hall which was a 5 min walk away and was about £70 from Thursday to Monday so perfect and cheaper than any towncentre car park. Could have tried some free streets but was a bit wet and windy. So plan in advance or get the train

How do damage deposits work?
