“No words can some up this little gem of a cottage!!” I do not even know where to start!! From the first enquiry until after we had left, the owner Jaqueline could not have assisted us anymore; from fielding general enquiries about the cottage to tailoring recommendations on places to eat/drink/dance etc based on the information I had given her about our group!! Upon finding the cottage literally in the middle of everything (perfect location, set back from main streets but literally next to everything you could want/need!!) we opened the door with anticipation... Well, the looking glass cottage definately lived up to the pictures and then some!! It's the attention to detail that gave it a real feel of luxury!! And I shall never ever forget the teapot tap!!! No expense has been spared in making this the most quirky, luxurious accomoadtion I have encountered! Teacup lights, cutlery cupboard handles, amazing wallpapers, the list goes on!! We were a group of 8 and there was more than enough room for everyone, the living room fitted us all in with ease for takeaway and pre-drinks before hitting the town, although I should add the takeaway was purely because we were being lazy, there is everything you would need to make dinner in should you choose to! Everyone loved there rooms and congratulated me on finding such a place!!! I totally loved this place and will deffo go back whether I have to organise another hen do, girls trip away or with the husband and a couple of friends, I will deffo be back there at some point!!!

“Perfection” As a landlord myself I can be very critical when it comes to rental properties, however there is only one word to describe the apartment and that is perfection. The quality of the apartment along with the excellent level of service received from Jo was unbeatable. I would have no problems in recommending the apartment, as well as Jo and I would definatley use again in the future.

“Almost perfect” When your only remark is that there wasn't enough toilet paper in the apartment and everything else was excellent, what more can you say? We loved this place and we'll surely be back here next time we hit Brighton.

Why Brighton and Hove?

Creative and colorful Brighton is a seaside staple for many UK vacationmakers. This is no surprise: the shingle beach, amazing restaurants, quirky shops and cutting-edge art scene are just a few of the reasons why Brighton has an enduring appeal. From self-catering apartments to luxury penthouse pads, Brighton's vacation rental accommodation is as diverse and wonderful as the seaside city itself.

Brighton - A city of culture

With its extraordinary exhibitions and experimental music, Brighton's art scene knows how to push the boundaries. To listen to some locally grown live music, head to the Prince Albert and the Green Door store - just two of the many venues hosting performances from poets, musicians and more.

A vacation in Brighton isn't complete without a stroll along the iconic Victorian pier where you'll find thrilling fun fair rides, cute cafés and delicious fish and chips. For more Victorian splendor, visit the Royal Pavilion. This extravagant seaside home was built for the Prince Regent (later to be King George IV). The oriental-style onion domes are breathtaking and the colorful banqueting room is a thing of beauty.

In need of a little retail therapy? The independents in The Lanes, North Laine and London Road are fantastic so you'll have no problem in finding something special to party in after the sun goes down. And as Brighton has some of the best nightclubs in the country, you'll get plenty of wear out of your new togs.

Festival fun

Throughout the year, Brighton hosts many festivals from food to music so there's never a dull moment. Highlights of the festival calendar include Brighton Festival, the Brighton Fringe, The Great Escape, Paddle Round the Pier and Brighton Pride. Music, dancing, great food and great fun are the order of the day in Brighton.

Alice in Wonderland Cottage, Central Brighton Lanes Area
Beautiful Cottage. Amazing Location. Excellent Service.

We rented this cottage after trying and failing to find a decent hotel for a family of 5 in Brighton and we are so pleased that we did. The cottage is in the centre of the lanes and all of the main Brighton attractions are an easy walk away - it was lovely to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants without worrying about the car and where to park. The cottage itself is very well appointed - lovely bedding, lots of pillows, great wifi (a must when travelling with teenagers!), tea and coffee provided etc., plus it was spotlessly clean on arrival. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, check in was so easy and our security deposit was returned within a couple of hours of our departure. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Brighton for a few days.see more

Beautiful

I stayed here with a group of girl friends for my 18th birthday. The apartment had a fantastic location, within walking distance of everything, it was lovely and spacious inside and all very clean. Jo, was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be booking to stay again. … see more

Cannot rate highly enough!!

The Delaney is the most immaculate apartment you could ever wish to stay in and has a location second to none for a visit to Brighton. Nobody could be more helpful than Jo and she does her absolute utmost to make sure your stay is a pleasant one without being in any way intrusive. We actually love it here so much that it has become almost like a second home - we return time and time again! In fact we can't wait to go back!!see more
Beautiful Garden Flat in Brighton
you're not missing anything in this nice home

We are a family of four and really enjoyed our stay! You don't have to bring anything except for your personal belongings. There already is some food and drinks in the fridge and you could even spend your whole trip watching Game of Thrones on DVD! The highlight of the apartment however, is the really nice garden. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather but if we had we surely would have spent some more time in it. The owner, Paul, is a really nice and funny person. All in all a very clean and nicely decorated apartment that we would definatley recommend!see more
Seafront near Brighton - enjoy sea, sun and al fresco dining!
Peaceful, comfortable with amazing sea views!!!

We had a brief but lovely stay at The Promenade during the half term school holidays. This was the perfect location for us to travel into Brighton, to meet up with family in Bexhill-on-Sea and to relax in the evenings. The house had everything we needed and our host (Geraldine) was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our stay went very quickly, but we enjoyed sitting with a cup of coffee or glass of wine taking in the beautiful sea views. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful location close to Brighton, overlooking the sea. There are also lovely walks along the cliff tops or along the promenade itself. We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend to others. Thank you.see more
