Description

Brand new Lodge ( July 2016 ) situated in Lochmanor Lodge Estate just outside the village of Dunning in rural Perthshire within easy reach of Gleneagles. There is a small Lochan inside the Estate , a variety of wild life is seen including Herons and Swans. Perth is 9 miles away and it is 4 miles to Auchterarder and The Gleneagles Hotel. There are two local pubs within walking distance which serve good food and real ale. Dunning Golf Course, the Bowling Club and also the Tennis Courts are a few minutes away. This an ideal base to tour the Perth and Kinross area, Stirling is 22 miles away which is the gateway to the Trossachs.

Until probably after 17th May 2021 guests must come from the same household Due to covid rules
Small well behaved dogs by arrangement with the owner. There is a £10 surcharge per dog. This will be added to your quote before accepting your booking.
Please enquire about single and two night stays no more than 14 days prior to your proposed stay.
There is a pair of Swans living on the Locahn ain the park , we ask that if you wish to feed them to do so on the far side of the Lochan.

Lovely lodge and owners are on site if you need anything. Lodge is spotless, comfortable and cosy will definitely visit again. only thing is no iron or ironing board which would be helpful.

How do damage deposits work?

If Derek (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
