The property is an open-plan modern design. A new build that suits your every need. A large spacious lounge dining area with direct access to the pool area as well as the terrace for al-fresco dining with BBQ. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen & separate laundry area.
Coast/Beach:
Carvoeiro main beach is less than a five minute walk away. However in this area are some of the most beautiful coves in the Algarve.
Travel:
Closest airport is Faro, just 65 km away approx. 50min by taxi. Which we can arrange if required.

“Fabulous villa”
Without doubt the best villa we’ve ever stayed in - it is in an idea location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough that it’s no more that a 5-10 min downhill walk to ‘restaurant hill’. As others have said, the pictures don’t really do it justice and we hand’s appreciated the main bedroom had a walk in wardrobe and large en-suite. The outside areas are also fab and get the sun all day long. The pool is large and whilst not heated was absolutely fine during our stay. The local ‘manager’ was really friendly and helpful and the shop she works in (virtually next door) had everything you’d need on a daily basis - the freshly baked rolls / pastries / Portuguese tarts were especially great. All in all a wonderful holiday and we’d return in a heart beat.

“Fantastic Villa in Great Location”
Just back from a fantastic holiday in Carvoeiro. The villa exceeded our expectations with the accommodation and outside areas. It is in a lovely setting but so close to beach and downtown Carvoeiro with its great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Owners were very welcoming and helpful with great communication after booking and before travelling out. Looking forward to returning.

“Fantastic villa in great location”
We were impressed with the interior of the villa from the moment we stepped through the door. The lower level in particular was extremely spacious and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have experienced in over 25 years of renting villas. My wife and I loved the walk-in dressing room in our bedroom. The outside space, including the pool, was also brilliant. The pool was very safe and perfect for our five year old granddaughter who learned to swim in less than three days. Our other grandchild also loved the pool, and the "chill space". Pedro, the owner, was very friendly and quickly helped resolve the issue (with the help of our grandson) when we were locked out due to a faulty door handle. The villa is ideally placed and just a short walk to the centre though the walk back is all uphill. A taxi from the square cost 4 euros 75. Would we rent the villa again - definitely !
