Description

Located at the South end of the Crescent Beach on Marco Island, this is a Direct Beachfront Top Floor Unit with over 1700 square feet. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, a Kitchen, a Dining Area, Den, and two Balconies.

You can see the sunrise on the rear balcony and a gorgeous sunset on the Beachfront balcony.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 5 people. There is High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Unit and it has 4 TV's, 2 Ceiling Fans, and Telephones throughout with Free Local Calling.

The Master Bedroom has a new Kingsdown King Size Bed, a new 32 inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player, dressers and Walk-In closet. The large Master Bathroom has a Soaking Tub and separate Walk-In Shower, dual sinks, closet, and separate vanity area.

The Guest Bedroom has two Extra-Long Twin Size Beds, a new 24 inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player and two separate closets. The Guest Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new KitchenAid designer appliances and fixtures including an electric range, convection oven, and convection microwave. There is also a new Full Size Clothes Washer and Dryer inside the unit. The Dining room and Living Room Area has a new 46 inch Flat Screen TV with, HBO, Blu-Ray Player and a Wet Bar. The Den has a Queen Size pull-out Sofa Bed, Computer area with printer, TV with DVD , and Breakfast Area.

Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Cooler, five new Bicycles, four sets of Golf Clubs, and Tennis Racquets are available for your use for free!

The Somerset Association strictly limits the amount of overnight guests to a maximum of five per unit. Check-in is at 3:00PM and Check-out is at 10:00AM. All rentals are typically on a Saturday to Saturday basis. No pets are allowed. A $500 refundable Security Deposit is required and all rental contracts must be finalized three months prior to arrival.
