Description

This recently renovated top-floor unit offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea from your spacious private balcony, and of the pool area from the balcony or the side window. The unit exudes luxury and elegance, featuring a therapeutic walk-in shower, high-end appliances, and zoned air conditioning.

The modern kitchen boasts stone countertops, wood cabinetry, and professional series Frigidaire appliances, including an induction stove, French door refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and all the cookware needed to prepare gourmet meals.

We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows, linens, shampoo, and soap.

The entertainment system is top-notch, featuring a 60" flat-screen television, sound system, fiber optic cable/internet circuit with HD and premium channels, and Wi-Fi coverage. The guest room also includes a second smart TV.

Located at the exquisite Sunset Cove, this resort-style condo complex on the world-famous Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman offers many great amenities. The west-facing beach area is perfect for watching sunsets over the ocean. The soft white sands lead to a cove area, where a man-made rock wall forms a protective barrier, allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. Beyond the cove, a natural coral reef awaits adventurous snorkelers.

After a dip in the ocean, enjoy the large pool with a swim-up bar and the onsite "5 O'Clock Somewhere" restaurant. The pool area features a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a kiddie pool for young children, and a hot tub.

Other onsite facilities include a BBQ area and plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

Ideally situated on Seven Mile Beach, our condo is within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators, dive shops, and, of course, the beach.

For further exploration, you can rent a car, hail a taxi right from our doorstep, or use public transportation on West Bay Road, which runs along the Seven Mile Beach strip. Most organized tours offer door-to-door transportation.

Our condo features a keyless entry system, programmed with a unique code for your stay, eliminating the need to carry keys. For your safety, 24x7 security guards and CCTV are in place.
