Why settle for less when you can vacation in a large ranch home in heart of everything? This spacious ranch has 3 Bdr/2.5 Ba.This one story home is located 6 miles from downtown Charleston and 4 miles from Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island. Amenities include a pond in the backyard with plenty of ducks, fish and turtles (they love sliced strawberries), 2 Smart TVs, Roku, Netflix, fireplace, wifi, grill and cable. There's an arcade game in the den for nostalgic fun with Pac-Man and Galaga!

The large den is the perfect hang out with a large smart TV and comfy couches for a relaxed lounge. The den has french doors and beautiful hardwood flooring. A full-sized pull out bed is also available for the den to convert that room into a bonus room.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large walk-in closets, its own bathroom suite that has his and her sinks, Sky Lights or ceiling windows and a garden tub. One guest room has two twin beds and a trundle bed to sleep three people. Children love the trundle bed! Another guest room has a cozy queen. There’s a Jack and Jill bathroom between the guest rooms.

Renters must be age 25 and older.

You will love the open layout that features cathedral ceilings and hardwood flooring in the main living room with Sky Lights or ceiling windows for plenty of natural lighting. The living room also includes a decorative fireplace, books, a Smart TV and an amazing view of the pond in the backyard. The dining room seats eight with additional seating available. The spacious and open kitchen has everything that you’ll need to prepare meals including a crock pot and griddle. The breakfast nook is a perfect place for your family and friends to hang out while preparing meals. It features beautiful bay windows that provide soothing natural lighting. The decor throughout the home gives you the full Palmetto “homey” feeling.
