The house, with 2000sqm discovered in the grass. can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of a master bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a cozy living area, a large terrace and a large basement with washing machine and sink. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in Roncoi of 99 Out in the municipality of San Gregorio nelle Alpi (Prov. Belluno, Italy) and, with its 670mt above sea level, lying at the foot of the National Park of the Belluno Dolomites (UNESCO Heritage) it is an excellent starting point for hiking and walking, leading to some wonderful waterfalls, lakes, mountain huts where you can taste typical local cuisine Belluno. It is the ideal place to spend time immersed in nature, away from city noise, savoring the scent of the woods, breathing the fresh mountain air as dusk are observed peaks tinged pink in the unique spectacle Enrosadira. With a little 'luck, in the early hours of the morning, one can encounter in many forest animals, such as deer intent to graze the grass, squirrels jumping between the branches, hares running carefree between vegerazione or hawks flying over the sky. In the village below San Gregorio in the Alps, which is just 800 meters, there are the main services: grocery, bakery, newsagent, bar, pizzeria, pharmacy and post office, while the city of Belluno and the walled town of Feltre are only 15km away.

Response from the owner In riferimento a quanto recensito dal Sig,EROS, in qualita' di proprietari vogliamo precisare alcuni aspetti.Innanzitutto questo Signore e la Sua Famiglia hanno solo visitato la struttura e non vi hanno soggiornato! Le fotografie dell'immobile sono costantemente aggiornate nella versione estiva visto che lo Chalet viene affittato da Giugno a Settembre e rispecchiano esattamente quella che e' la proprieta; e' facilmente intuibile e immaginabile che una casa chiusa da quasi 4 mesi non possa presentarsi in condizioni perfette agli occhi del visitatore visto che le grandi pulizie vengono effettuate ad inizio stagione; di conseguenza lo Chalet non era al momento disponibile per accogliere eventuali ospiti. Nonostante cio' ci siamo prestati a far visitare la casa vista l'insistenza di chi voleva assolutamente vederla! Per quanto riguarda il "Cagnolino Sbranatore" vogliamo ricordare e ribadire che nel paragrafo " INTEGRAZIONE CON L'OSPITE" e' precisato che sono ben graditi animali domestici di piccola taglia; infatti abbiamo avuto altri ospiti con animali che rispecchiavano tali caratteristiche.
