This is a newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Quito on the 14th floor of the convenient Multicentro building/shopping center. The apartment complex is located just minutes from the airport, only a few blocks from La Mariscal/Plaza Foch where you'll find tons of restaurants and some of the best nightlife in Quito, and the apartment is also a short taxi ride to the Historical Center of Quito/La Ronda.

The apartment itself features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, cozy sectional couch in the living room, brand new kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware you'll need during your stay, wall to wall built in closet, spacious master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, an additional full bathroom, cable tv, and wifi.

It's a corner unit apartment with east and southwest exposure which provides the apartment with breathtaking views throughout as well as tons of sunlight. Relax in the Jacuzzi and gaze out into the wondrous andes mountains and the picturesque city.

At the apartment building (at mall level) you have the convenience of a full supermarket (SuperMaxi), dry cleaners, internet cafes, bank, cell phone store (Porta), and many other shops right at your doorstep! The Multicentro building provides a 24h door man, full service laundromat, and a business center. There is also a Tram stop right at your doorstep plus a constant flow of taxis all day long so getting around is never a problem.
