IDEAL FOR FAMILIES.
The property is located in Valle de los Chillos, in La Merced village. The address is Cesar Chiriboga # N32-11.
Taxi service available, we recommend that you take a village taxi especially for airport transfers as they know the route from the airport.
8200m2 of gardens, land, a brook. Charcoal BBque and patio sitting with large umbrella.
It has a fireplace-oven in the living-dining area, a fireplace in the master bedroom, breathtaking views of the mountains, and day trips may be taken to very special places such as mountains and fishing lakes, bird and animal watching, tourist attractions, special festivals, etc.
There is a path built within the property to reach the river or just to stroll, a terrace, patios and a barbecue area.
The river at the base of the property is lined with 150-feet tall giant eucalyptus trees, and makes a lovely spot for a picnic.
We have a water supply cistern and city of Quito water, electricity, garbage collection unlimited wifi and telephone service.
First floor:
An ample sitting area with exit and view to the garden and mountains, and which integrates with the dining and kitchen areas.
There is a very cozy fireplace-oven which gives you a warm, seductive atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including oven, stove, dishwasher, and has an island with four stools, and there is a good-size pantry.
The second bedroom has two bunk beds, ample storage space, and window views to the garden. A good-size bathroom with a shower complements this bedroom.
Second floor:
Glass double doors lead to the terrace, from which you can see 350 degrees of spectacular mountain views.
This level includes an wide-open master suite with a sitting area in front of the cozy fireplace, and a balcony.
The windows have spectacular views of the mountains and gardens as well.
The tastefully decorated master bathroom has an antique soaking tub, and two separate, his and her sinks.
This is a fully fenced-in property, 8200 square meters in total, a river in the property, full-time security and, when in season, home-grown vegetables may be picked if available.
Maid cleaning once a week for guests staying over seven nights.
Sleeping facilities:
The villa has one master bedroom and two double bunk beds located in the spare bedroom. This gives room for five to eight people.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
General information:
The villa has two full bathrooms.
Entertainment:
The villa has television, video, and DVD player. The music system will play radio and DVDs.
If you need to keep in contact, there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. You can make no long-distance calls, but you can receive them.

There is room for seven in the living room, and for six in the dining room.
The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere.
To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a blender and a toaster.

The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils.
