The apartment was clean and ready for us to move into, as arranged.
The home is very modern, bright and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped; the living-room dining-room areas are roomy and comfortable, as is the main bedroom. The second bedroom has no closet, which was a minor drawback. There is a large balcony, which was private, and very inviting.
The location was perfect for us, not very close to the centre of town, but close to the area we wanted to be in. -

Apartment was advertised as a Raanana Luxury 2 BR + Balcony (ref 05) rental. It was a basic 2 br 2 bath apartment, nothing more with very uncomfortable beds. Only positive thing I can say was the location of the apartment worked. Will not rent again.

I read today your review and was very surprised and sorry to read it.
It was a surprise since while you were here (for 2 weeks) you haven't mentioned any of that.
As far as I remember everything you asked - we supplied you on time (such as coffee machine, cleaning etc).
Weekly cleaning was on time and your problem with the TV were handled the same day you called me.
I was really surprised to read what you wrote since when we met on arrival day and when Rony met you on departure day
you said everything was fine and you didn't mention anything about mattress or any other issue.
Your daughter , who I assume, knows you the best, had chose for you this apt (after she saw a few properties) and she liked it very much and checked the mattresses for you and confirmed it's fine (it's an orthopaedic one)
Nothing has changed since then.
If you would have complained while you were here we would do our best to solve it for you.

When i arrived in Israel i was skeptical of accomodation arrangements. But within minutes of meeting Galit from vacation rental all fears vanished. They were very professional in greeting me and showing me the apartment.She also took me to the shops nearby the apartment and helped me with a map of Raanana. I stayed in Israel for over 5 months in several of their properties. All of them were very neat and carefully planned.
About the house - haparachim Street
1. Excellent Location - The house is close to Akhuza Street and surronded by small parks and gardens which are great for a walk and yoga.
2. Well Equipped - The house has all equipment you need. Ideal for tourist who want a comfortable stay, home style.
3. Cleanliness - Housekeeping is done once a week and it is very elaborate.
4. The place is close to the Park and coffee shops (Edison is recommended by me)
I would also like to mention the other properties which are also very good. Galit and her team are very friendly and helpful.
Me and my wife had a great time. Whenever i will visit israel again i will be staying with them, you should too.
