Description
This Holiday House is in the City of Ribeira Grande and a 5 min walk to one of the Best Surfing Beach in all of Portugal. The house which was built in 2012 and offers the comfort expected by a modern day tourist with cable, free wifi and garage, yet maintains a rustic feel for the enjoyment of the local culture. Consisting of 2 private bedrooms each with their ensuite bathroom and walkout terrace, 1 loft and a spare bedroom on the 2nd level, a large open living room and kitchen on the first level with an additional 3 piece bathroom. A Picturesque backyards with a bar-bq and laudry room provides the comfort required for a home away from home.
The home is a 5min walk to Santa Bárbara beach, which s known by local and international surfers as one of the best spots to surf – mainly because of the waves and perfect surfing conditions. Walking distance to local bars, restaurants and shops, 10min drive to the City of Ponta Delgada.
