Description from the owner

Welcome to Cayman Conch Quest! Our first floor location has great unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and direct access to the beach and pool, both only steps from the private lounging deck. Enjoy your meals in the screened lanai where the sights and sounds of the ocean will make you wish you could stay longer. Take long, quiet walks on the beach, past multi-million dollar homes, usually with not another person in sight.

      Great Condo to Rent

Left on 02/27/2013 for a stay in January 2013

We would agree with all of the positive reviews for this condo. We stayed a week in early January. The condo is very comfortable; it is actually even nicer than the pictures. This condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable; there are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and linens. There is a TV ( gets all kinds of channels) stereo, Ipod docking; DVD player- more than you need. The artwork in the condo is very nice. The screened in lanai is great for meals and to just watch the ocean. The pool is clean. The complex is small and is kept immaculate by the management company. It was windy the week we were there so we were not able to swim/snorkel out front. Loved having the beach chairs, mats, bags and cooler to use. Bob replyed to all of my emails thoroughly and quickly. There is detailed information Bob emails to you
and there are 2 notebooks of information at the condo. It is very quiet and peaceful. The drive is approx 40 minutes from the airport. Bob recommended
Marshall's car rental and we found them to be great. This was our first trip to
Grand Cayman. We would without a doubt recommend this condo.

A Grand Cayman Pearl for quiet enjoyment

Left on 03/03/2012 for a stay in January 2012

We contacted the owner on line and received instant reponse to our inquiries and when we arrived at our designated time for a month we found everything that we had anticipated and more. The interior is bright and tropical and the kitchen was well equipment to accommodate whatever we decided to cook in house. The beds are comfortable and located so you can see, hear and smell the tropics. The snorkling off the beach is awesome when the water is calm and there are numerous sites within a short drive.Wifi TV and stereo were all there if you wished to use them. A vehicle is a must to get to enjoy the sites and venues of the island and to taste the Cayman cuisine.
The management staff were at your instant call when needed.
We would recommend this location and look forward to our return with family in the near future.

      Home away from home

Left on 10/06/2011 for a stay in September 2011

What a wonderful spot, peaceful, quiet and secluded away from busy seven mile beach. This unit has all the amenities of home, plus what you may need for the beach. We used the cooler for lunches on the go on a couple of days when we went diving in the West end, so very handy. The pool outside the condo with the ocean only 50 yards away was like walking out into paradise every morning. We enjoyed the Lanai and would have supper while listening to the ocean. The unit and property is well groomed and looked after. My thanks to Bob as well for being so attentive to detail in terms of the condo beds for comfort and amenities available. We were well informed by Bob in regards to details about the rental, and who to call if there were issues. We had detailed information about things to do, restaurants , etc. We are hoping to be able to return again in 2012 and will definitely be renting this unit again!

beautiful pool for a soothing dip in the morning, great way to start or end the day. Overlooks the azure blue ocean this view and beach awaits you just outside the door.... imagine your own beach

      Everything we needed

Left on 05/15/2011 for a stay in April 2011

The condo was clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras like beach bags, umbrellas, and a cooler. We really enjoyed the lanai (screened in porch) with table and chairs. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. Both overlooking the ocean. We have stayed in over a dozen condos throughout the Caribbean, and this was the best. We would stay there again. Excellent experience.

View from the back porch Nice pool about 10 steps from back door

      Relaxing and Great Rum Punch!

Left on 04/16/2011 for a stay in November 2010

This condo offers all the comforts of home along a beautiful beach. It is very well kept and the decor is beautiful with all the touches of staying on the islands. It's location is away from all the tourist bustle yet close enough for great day get-a-ways, returning to the quietness of the island. The Rum Punch on the island makes the stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this location and this condo - you'll want to return without a doubt.

      Romantic Peaceful anniversary Getaway

Left on 03/22/2011 for a stay in September 2009

My husband and I visited Grand Cayman for the first time while celebrating our 5th anniversary. We knew we wanted something different than the typical tourist scene but also wanted to be able to meet people when we went out. From the moment we stepped into the Cayman Conch we felt right at home. It's roomy without feeling too big but has a nice cozey feel as well. We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen and using the grill, but also loved only being a few minutes away from The Lighthouse, Kaibo, and Over The Edge. We really can't say enough great things about our week at the Cayman Conch. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach outside the condo, we couldn't get enough of the Cayman Coladas at Rum Point, and had so much fun hanging with the locals next door at Driftwood. We loved the Caymans, we loved where we stayed, and we have already been back once since then (I'm writing a seperate review on that since it was a totally different type of trip). It's absolutely the best place to stay for a relaxing week in the Caymans!
