Description

Toss your cares away and come to the beach! This bright and well-furnished condo is located in the exclusive "San Lorenzo" area of Salinas, one block east of the Hotel Barceló Colon. Right across the street from a great beach without any of the noise of bars and restaurants in the rest of beach-front Salinas. A residential area but only a 5-10 minute walk to most restaurants and grocery store. We have the best section of beach in Salinas without the crowds.

Beautiful 2nd floor unit has a huge balcony that opens to the living and dining areas as well as the second bedroom. Sit down, relax and listen to the waves breaking. The building has an elevator and security guards on duty 24/7 who can also assist you with cabs and shopping.

There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in each room. Inviting living area with wireless Internet, Direct TV with DVR, DVD/CD player, lots of paperback books, DVDs, CDs, and of course, COMFORTABLE furniture. Custom-made dining table seats up to 8. Granite bar with 3 bar stools opens up to the large, and fully-equipped kitchen with double sink, granite counters, Frig/Freezer, gas cooktop, convection oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, and juicer as well as plenty of dishes and cookware. Master bedroom has TV (with Direct TV), land line phone, queen bed and private bath with shower and wall-mounted hair dryer. 2nd bedroom can be configured with king or 2 twin beds and opens to balcony. Wi Fi is available free in all rooms and on the balcony. 2 more bathrooms with showers open to the hall. Unit also includes a laundry room with washer, dryer and extra-deep laundry sink. Beach chair, umbrella and boogie boards also available. All linens and cleaning supplies included. You need nothing but your toothbrush!

Salinas has perfect weather all year and from June-September is whale-watching season. The beaches are warm and fun with bright sunshine from October-May. Any time of year is the right time to visit.
